Based in Colchester with a competitive salary of £30,000 - £36,000
Key Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:
- Identify and capitalise on strategic commercial growth opportunities
- Set, monitor, and exceed business and KPI targets
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client service
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
- Re-engage with inactive accounts to unlock potential revenue streams
- Work closely with Marketing to develop and implement effective sales campaigns
- Ensure CRM and IT systems are maintained with accurate and up-to-date information
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards
- Establish performance benchmarks and drive continuous improvement within the team
