Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a proactive and driven Key Account Manager to join their team in Colchester. You'll be responsible for managing key accounts, including multi-academy trusts (MATs), while coaching and supporting the sales team in your region. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building long-term client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including MATs and other high-value clients.
- Regularly engage with clients via calls and face-to-face meetings, offering tailored solutions.
- Develop strategic account plans to boost revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Support and mentor sales reps in your region, helping them improve performance.
- Work closely with senior leadership to implement regional sales strategies.
About You:
- Around 5 years' experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Able to think strategically and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
