Key Responsibilities:
- Processing monthly payroll of all staff.
- Resolving supplier enquiries to stop late payments.
- Reducing balances and resolving payment issues.
- Liaising with staff and partners.
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Providing support to other members of the company.
- Develop production plans and track progression.
- Risk management.
- Create production documents.
- Ensure employees are working safely and adhering to procedures.
Skills & Experience required:
- Experience working with Sage 50 accounts and payroll.
- Experience working alongside Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Experience entering data.
- Relevant work experience.
- Pro-active problem-solving techniques.
