Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing monthly payroll of all staff.
  • Resolving supplier enquiries to stop late payments.
  • Reducing balances and resolving payment issues.
  • Liaising with staff and partners.
  • Bank Reconciliations.
  • Providing support to other members of the company.
  • Develop production plans and track progression.
  • Risk management.
  • Create production documents.
  • Ensure employees are working safely and adhering to procedures.

Skills & Experience required:

  • Experience working with Sage 50 accounts and payroll.
  • Experience working alongside Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • Experience entering data.
  • Relevant work experience.
  • Pro-active problem-solving techniques.
