- Arranging new subcontractor/supplier accounts and maintaining existing accounts.
- Assisting with payment runs
- Checking subcontractor/supplier statements
- Ensuring that the Accounts mailbox is managed correctly
- Assisting with both the month end processes and audit preparation
- Ensuring that payment runs are carried out correctly
Requirements:
To work in this role, you will need
- Experience working with Xero is essential
- Experience within a similar role
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential
- Ability to take accounts to TB
