Our client, a growing business, are currently recruiting for a part time Finance Assistant to strengthen their team.The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our clients’ accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
- Setting up new suppliers and accounts
- Assisting with payment runs and cashflow forecast
- Resolving any issues with payments and invoices
- Provide support to reception
Skills & Experience required:
- XERO experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Construction experience (desirable)
