As the Art Teacher at our Colchester school, you will:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring art lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, fostering their creativity and enthusiasm for the subject.
• Encourage students' artistic development, promoting both technical skill and creative exploration.
• Assess, monitor, and support the progress of students, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their potential.
• Work collaboratively with other members of staff across the trust, sharing resources and strategies to strengthen the art curriculum.
• Join a forward-thinking school and trust that values teamwork and continuous improvement.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
• Previous experience as an Art Teacher is preferred but not required.
• Passion for art and teaching, with the ability to inspire students at KS3 and KS4.
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Availability for an immediate start to join our Colchester team and contribute to a supportive, values-driven environment.
