Job Opportunity: Cover Teacher
Location: Colchester and Surrounding Areas
Pay: 130 - 150 per day

This role offers flexibility and variety, covering daily, short-term, and long-term assignments to meet the needs of our partner schools.

• Role: Flexible Cover Teacher positions across multiple secondary schools.
• Location: Secondary schools in Colchester and nearby areas.
• Pay: 130 - 150 per day, based on experience and qualifications.
• Requirements: QTS is preferred, but candidates with a degree and proven secondary teaching experience (UK or overseas) are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with the UK curriculum is highly desirable.

• Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects as a Cover Teacher.
• Provide continuity in education during teacher absences, ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Adapt quickly to different schools and classroom settings within Colchester.
• Support students across KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5, depending on school requirements.
• Uphold school policies and contribute to the learning and development of students.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant degree with secondary teaching experience.
• Knowledge of the UK curriculum or transferable teaching skills from international experience is preferred.
• A proactive and reliable Cover Teacher who thrives in a dynamic teaching environment.
• Willingness to travel to schools within Colchester for daily or longer-term assignments.
