Job Opportunity: Digital and Creative Arts Teacher

Pay: 140 - 200 per day
We are seeking an innovative and passionate Digital and Creative Arts Teacher to join our thriving secondary school in Colchester. This is a part-time role, working 4 days per week on an ongoing basis. If you have a love for technology and education, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Details:
- Role: Digital and Creative Arts Teacher, KS3 and KS4.
- Location: Vibrant secondary school in Colchester.
- Pay: 140 - 200 per day, based on experience and qualifications.
- Schedule: 4 days per week, ongoing position.
- Start date: January 2025
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Digital and Creative Arts lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Teach a wide range of digital and artistic genres, including Microsoft Office, Specialist Exams, animation, stop motion, podcasting, and Book Creator.
- Inspire students to explore the evolving world of Digital and Creative Arts and develop their digital skills.
- Maintain a supportive and dynamic learning environment in line with school policies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a subject-related degree in Digital and Creative Arts or a related field.
- Skilled in delivering a variety of digital artistic content, fostering creativity and technical expertise.
- Passionate about teaching Digital and Creative Arts, with a strong understanding of the UK curriculum.
- Flexible, reliable, and committed to fostering student success in a Colchester school.
- Experienced in using modern teaching tools and methodologies to engage learners.
