Physical Education is an essential part of student life at our school, and we believe that health and well-being play a crucial role in helping students develop their confidence, manage stress, and build resilience.

  • Help students find their best role in sports, whether as performers, officials, organisers, or leaders
  • Support active participation in sports for students of all abilities, including those in the sixth form through our Colchester United football programme and cheerleading
  • Encourage and foster healthy, active lifestyles among students, ensuring they leave school with positive, life-long habits
