Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Delivery: As a Trainee Teacher you will lead and deliver lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher, ensuring the continued progress and engagement of students.
  • Support and Differentiation: Provide targeted support to individuals and groups of students, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Collaboration: As a Trainee Teacher you will work closely with teachers and school leaders to contribute to the planning and development of curriculum activities.
  • Assessment and Reporting: Assist in the assessment of student progress, providing valuable insights and feedback to contribute to ongoing improvement.
  • Behavioural Support: As a Trainee Teacher you will implement positive behaviour management strategies, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed about best practices and educational innovations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any subject.
  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is ideal, with a demonstrated ability to lead lessons and support diverse learning needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
  • Initiative, adaptability, and a genuine passion for contributing to the educational success of students.
