Are you a muli-skilled sheet metal fabricator? Do you live in or near Colchester? If so then this could be an ideal new role!
The company creates bespoke works across lots of different industries, they work with steel and aluminium and are looking for someone with a good fabrication background.
A good knowledge of technical drawings and working with machines are needed, but any specialist machine skills can be taught, so if you are looking to further your career in the industry please get in touch!
The hours of work are between 07:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday, plus an early Friday finish! Starting salary will be dependent on your experience level circa 14ph, You will ideally have experience as a sheet metal worker and can read from drawings.
Fabricator duties:
- Setting and operating CNC machinery
- Using guillotines and brake presses
- Using hand tools to fabricate
- Fabricating from steel and aluminium
- Reading and working from technical drawings
Due to location you will need your own transport to be considered.
