Reed in Colchester are delighted to be supporting our client, seeking a dynamic Coffee Shop Store Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and leading a high-performing team. As the Coffee Shop Manager, you will be responsible for driving store performance across various metrics including turnover, labour efficiency, wastage control, service timings, and enhancing our Google ratings. This role is pivotal in not only maximising in-store sales but also boosting performance through delivery aggregators.

Join the team and take the helm of one of our clients bustling stores, where your leadership directly shapes the customer experience and store success. As a Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring each facet aligns with high standards and reflects the company’s commitment to excellence.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive the achievement of store targets through meticulous management and strategic planning
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and store reputation by ensuring service excellence
  • Manage comprehensive store operations, including stock ordering, store presentation, and adherence to health and safety standards

As a leader, you will:

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment for all staff members
  • Lead recruitment efforts, staff training, and development to ensure a high-performing team
  • Maintain rigorous control of all store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes
