Key responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a part time Beauty Consultant in your team
- Oversee and drive all KPI's for the counter
- Build and maintain key relationships in store
- Training and development
- Perform facial treatments
- Develop and maintain clientele
What we're looking for:
- Background and passion in the beauty industry
- Previous Counter Manager experience essential
- Beauty Therapy qualifications min level 2
- Experience in driving events
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business targets
- Skills in building and nurturing a loyal clientele
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
