Hours: Mon-Fri 7.30am – 5pm / Sat 7.30am-3pm
Reed in Colchester are delighted to be supporting our client seeking a Showroom Manager to lead the daily operations of their premium tile showroom. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in retail management, within the bathroom and tile sales sector. As a Showroom Manager, you will be a key advocate for our client’s brand, embody their core values, and demonstrate exceptional leadership to meet the company’s sales and financial objectives.
Day to Day of the role:
- Manage and oversee showroom operations, ensuring efficient functioning and health & safety compliance.
- Enforce exceptional customer service standards and set performance criteria for staff.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the store, as well as personal targets.
- Deliver high standards of administration to minimise errors.
- Support the sales team in providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Foster a positive “can do” attitude, creating a team atmosphere with a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to lead by example.
- A passion for excellence and a proven background in retail sales.
- Experience and confidence in team management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
