Kelwel Care are offering an exciting opportunity to join our team in one of our Brand new residential childrens home based in Colchester Essex.

  • Work closely with young people, their families and professionals.

  • Organising and facilitating social activities and health appointments.

  • Maintaining the home (laundry, cleaning, shopping etc.).

  • YouMUSTbe organised, committed and passionate about the work you do.

Candidate Qualities & Requirements

  • All applicants must have a valid full manual UK/EU driving licence and be over the age of 21 (in accordance with The Childrens Homes England) Regulations 2015).
  • A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Experience of working or engaging young people
  • Level 3 Diploma (QCF/NVQ3) in Childcare and Young People (we will provide this if necessary)
