- Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in a welcoming primary school
- 83-100 per day
- Based in Colchester
- Education and Training
- Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Long-term role starting after February half term
About the Learning Support Assistant Role:
- Providing classroom support to pupils of varying abilities
- Assisting students with SEND and SEMH needs in small groups and one-on-one
- Facilitating differentiated tasks based on student ability
- Collaborating with a supportive team of teachers and teaching assistants
The Ideal Candidate for this Learning Support Assistant Role:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
