Thera East has an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team based in Colchester??????. You will join us on a permanent basis, with full time, part time and relief hours available. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.38 per hour.

About the support Worker role

Do you want a job supporting people to have fun and get involved in their community?

The people we support in Colchester Community love shopping, going out for lunch, long walks, visiting farms, going bowling and to the gym. If you love those things too, why not get paid to share these experiences with them?

This is usually between 8.30-18.00 although it varies with the activities the people we support want to do. You will be visiting up to 3 individuals a day in the community and supporting them with their daily needs.

A valid driving license and a car with business insurance is required for this post.

This can also be a brilliant role for someone who only wants part time hours and only can work within school hours. This is an exciting opportunity to have a varied working week and opportunities to use a variety of skills you already have or would like to develop for career progression.
