Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising students in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring that work set is completed.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
- Supporting students with any questions or difficulties during the lesson.
- Following school policies and ensuring a safe and orderly classroom.
- Reporting back to the school staff at the end of the day regarding any issues or feedback.
