Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored learning plans for children with Autism.
- Work closely with support staff to provide a positive and nurturing environment.
- Use creative and flexible teaching methods to engage students with varying needs.
- Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to support pupils' progress.
- Maintain a calm and structured classroom setting that promotes the emotional well-being of students.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant SEN teaching qualification.
- Experience working with children with Autism, ideally within a specialist setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
