Job Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, tailored teaching to pupils with a range of special educational needs
Create a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and pastoral teams to meet the holistic needs of each child
Monitor and assess pupil progress using EHCP targets and individualised plans
Develop strong relationships with families and external professionals to support student development
Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school's inclusive ethos

Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - applications from unqualified teachers with strong SEN experience also considered
Experience working with students with complex needs in an SEN or inclusive setting
A creative, adaptable approach to teaching and classroom management
Confidence in using differentiated strategies and resources to support a range of learning styles
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
