- Ensure platform developments follow technical best practices, maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with local teams to tailor content, product offerings, and marketing strategies to suit specific market needs.
- Drive the growth and success of all web shops, setting and achieving ambitious yet realistic targets.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to expand and optimise e-commerce performance.

- Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
- Proficiency in EPiServer CMS.
- Experience integrating and managing online payment gateways (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
- Knowledge of mobile commerce (m-commerce) and app-based e-commerce optimisation.
- Familiarity with international tax regulations, customs duties, and pricing strategies.
- Understanding of AI-driven tools for personalised recommendations and chatbot integration.
