E-Commerce Manager Colchester £50-55kFour Squared are representing a leading provider of air technology solutions is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to drive the rollout and expansion of its e-commerce framework into new markets. This role is key to enhancing digital growth, optimising platform functionality, and ensuring seamless integration across regions.The Role:
  • Write functional and technical specifications, working closely with developers to implement platform enhancements.
  • Ensure platform developments follow technical best practices, maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with local teams to tailor content, product offerings, and marketing strategies to suit specific market needs.
  • Drive the growth and success of all web shops, setting and achieving ambitious yet realistic targets.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to expand and optimise e-commerce performance.
  • Use analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

Your Profile:
  • Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
  • Proficiency in EPiServer CMS.
  • Experience integrating and managing online payment gateways (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
  • Knowledge of mobile commerce (m-commerce) and app-based e-commerce optimisation.
  • Familiarity with international tax regulations, customs duties, and pricing strategies.
  • Understanding of AI-driven tools for personalised recommendations and chatbot integration.
  • Strong knowledge of the systems development life cycle.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to map and streamline processes.
  • Strong technical documentation writing skills.
  • Experience working with diverse, multinational teams.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in platform rollouts and expansions.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on satisfaction and retention.
