Prime Appointments are currently working with a leading agricultural dealer who are currently looking for an experienced Service Technician to join them in Colchester.
Reporting to the Service Manager you will be required to:
- Accurately diagnose software, electrical, hydraulic, powertrain, and other faults to complete necessary repairs
- Service and repair JCB and other agricultural machinery to manufacturer standards, ensuring safety and reliability
- Provide detailed reports of completed work, including photographs and accurate time records
- Utilise diagnostic software on a laptop (training provided)
- Spot machine issues and promote additional services when appropriate
We are ideally looking for a candidate who has a background in agriculture, commercial or construction engineering specialising in vehicles.
