We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be integral in ensuring the efficiency of our warehouse operations, from picking and packing orders to managing stock locations.
Day-to-day of the role:- Picking orders accurately using pick sheets.
- Checking and verifying orders to ensure accuracy before shipment.
- Packing orders securely, ready for shipment.
- Stowing stock in the appropriate locations within the warehouse.
- Relocating and labelling new stock, setting up warehouse locations according to the system.
- Proven experience in a warehouse setting, particularly in order picking and packing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and be self-starting.
- Familiarity with warehouse location systems, able to match warehouse locations with stock numbers efficiently.
- Good physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling and movement of goods.
