Responsibilities for this Compliance Administrator role:
- Updating internal systems
- Chasing various clients for relevant paperwork
- Booking in contractors and ensuring this runs smoothly
- Ensuring that the site is up to date with relevant H&S documents and COSHH
- Typing up documents and capturing information from site testing
- Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks
- Chasing up emails / telephone calls when and as needed
Requirements for this Compliance Administrator role:
- Must be available immediately
- Previous experience in construction is beneficial
- Compliance background is beneficial
- Highly organised
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong admin skills
The Role:
- 15.00 per hour
- Monday - Friday 8am until 5pm
- This role is to start immediately
