Uncapped commission realistic OTE £50,000+
Hybrid between WFH and office (after probation), 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, employee discount, pension, bonus and commission
We are a growing firm of Technical Recruiters based and have been established for over 17 years. Due to planned growth, we are opening a 2nd office in the Swinton / Pendlebury area and are looking for either experienced Recruiters or proven sales people to join the new team. We specialise in a wide variety of engineering sectors, supporting our clients in sourcing the very best candidates in the market.
We specialise in sourcing “hard to find, high demand” individuals, the very best in the market. All our recruitment is on a permanent basis and therefore our recruiters tend to operate at mid to senior level, and for Clients across the UK and into Europe.
No recruitment experience is necessarily required as full training on recruitment is given, however what we do look for is a proven sales background in B2B and B2C fields ideally.
The role you will be expected to:
- Manage, develop and grow a recruitment desk (permanent focused)
- Build long-term working relationships
- Grow a healthy candidate pipeline within your sector
- Work towards KPIs
- Achieve financial targets
- Provide a positive attitude
- Manage projects from start to finish
What it takes to be successful:
- Resilience and a “can do” attitude
- Proven in B2B sales
- Ability to develop and manage large accounts
- Excellent communication skills
- Fantastic organisational skills
- Able to work under pressure on a daily basis
