We are helping them find a dedicated Chef de Partie to join their passionate team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join a dynamic kitchen team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be an essential part of our culinary team, responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes. You will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that every dish meets our exacting standards. This role requires a combination of creativity, precision, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
  • Oversee a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauces, pastry)
  • Manage and train junior kitchen staff within your section.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in an excellent and timely manner.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
  • Ability to manage a specific section of the kitchen efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
