Are you a Manual Machinist looking for a permanent and secure role working Monday to Friday for a long-standing and market leading manufacturer?

In this workshop based role you will be machining parts from drawings, mostly turning on lathes but with some milling too. You will use Colchester lathes and vertical boring machines to create specialist components for industrial use. There will be machine specific training given if needed, and limited overtime available.

This role would suit a Manual Machinist looking for a stable, local role for a large company who look after their staff, working in a friendly environment with an excellent work-life balance.

The Role:

• Manually machining parts and components
• Using Colchester lathes, vertical borer, lapping machines, and drills
• In a clean, modern workshop in a team of 10
• Monday to Thursday, 7:30am - 4pm, finish at 1pm on Friday, 37.5 hours a week
