We work closely with a wonderful special school in the Forest of Dean that are looking for a TA to join the team from January in providing support within an Early Years class. The school look after a wide range of special needs & disabilities that includes Complex Needs, ASD, SLD, PMLD, MLD & ADHD.
The school are an amazing environment that is also a challenging one! They require people who are used to a fast paced working environment.
The role
There is an incredible Early Years class at the school, where they require additional support. The position revolves around supporting the class teacher with whatever they need as well as being proactive with how you can support students in the class.
The school are open to applications from a range of candidates, what is preferred however are people who have worked with Early Years before. The role can be full on, physically quite demanding but it can be oh so rewarding!
