Central Recruitment are working with a large international distributor of professional, innovative luminaires, audio equipment, truss and accessories company in Colne (BB8), recruiting for an Internal Sales Team Member. Full training will be given.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and process online/email/phone orders
  • Dealing with email and phone queries relating to deliveries/spare parts/returns
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch
  • Assist customers with returns and warranty claims
  • Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system
  • Provide after-sales support, resolving any customer issues professionally and efficiently
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
  • Work closely with the sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing
  • Support marketing initiatives by gathering customer feedback and insights
  • Assist with general administrative duties relates to sales operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and relationship building skills
  • Personable phone demeanour with a knack for empathetic customer interactions
  • Proactive and motivated
  • IT literate with experience working with Microsoft packages and CRMs
