Central Recruitment are working with a large international distributor of professional, innovative luminaires, audio equipment, truss and accessories company in Colne (BB8), recruiting for an Internal Sales Team Member. Full training will be given.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and process online/email/phone orders
- Dealing with email and phone queries relating to deliveries/spare parts/returns
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch
- Assist customers with returns and warranty claims
- Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system
- Provide after-sales support, resolving any customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
- Work closely with the sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing
- Support marketing initiatives by gathering customer feedback and insights
- Assist with general administrative duties relates to sales operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and relationship building skills
- Personable phone demeanour with a knack for empathetic customer interactions
- Proactive and motivated
- IT literate with experience working with Microsoft packages and CRMs
