Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm
Our client is an international distributor of products servicing the entertainment, professional installation, architectural and leisure markets.
They now have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join their team in Colne.
Duties include:
- Processing of online, email and phone orders from existing customers.
- Dealing with email and phone enquiries relating to deliveries, spare parts and returns on a day-to-day basis.
Experience required:
- Prior experience in customer service is essential.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- A personable phone demeanour with a knack for empathetic customer interactions.
- Proactive and motivated with a sense of humour, fostering a positive team environment.
- Collaborative mindset with strong computer proficiency, including experience with office software and CRMs.
