Sonic Summary

Two CNC Turner Setter/Operator positions are available for day and night shifts, with day hours from Monday to Thursday 07:45 to 16:45 and Friday 07:45 to 12:45, and night hours from Monday to Thursday 16:45 to 01:45.
Candidates should have experience in setting and operating CNC lathes, particularly with stainless and nitriding steels, and be capable of producing first-off components for inspection.
The role requires the ability to ensure components meet specifications and to inspect them during production to maintain quality standards.
Experience with programming is advantageous, and familiarity with Mazak CNC lathes is preferred, along with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
The position offers a competitive salary, and candidates should have relevant experience in CNC operations.

CNC Turner Setter / Operator

Two Positions Available (NOT SHIFT WORK)

General:

Set / Operate CNC Lathes.
Stainless and nitriding steels cutting experience
Produce first-off components for inspection.
Ensure components are produced to the highest standards as per specifications and drawings.
Inspect components during production to ensure drawing/spec requirements are maintained.

Skills / Experience:

Experience with Programming advantageous
Expereince setting, and operating Mazak CNC lathes.
Ability to read and interpret engineers’ drawings and tolerances.
Proficient in using a wide range of measuring devices and inspection techniques.
