Responsibilities:
- Preparing management information packs for the leadership team
- Maintaining fixed asset registers for each group company
- Posting of month end journals
- Preparing/reviewing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations
- Management of petty cash in addition to on-site audits
- Maintenance of company expenditure
- Working with external auditors during the annual audit
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Ad hoc financial analysis and reporting
- To be an integral part of the finance team assisting in the development of process improvements
Skills and experience required:
- Qualified/Part qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounting role
- Excellent IT skills, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly, positive nature
