We are seeking an experienced and registered Children's Residential Worker to join our dedicated team in Colwyn Bay, Conwy. This is a temporary 3-month position, with the potential for extension.
Key Details- Location: Colwyn Bay, Conwy
- Pay Rate: £16.73 per hour
- Hours: 37 hours per week (rolling rota shift pattern)
- Long days: 8am-10pm or 10am-10pm
- Afternoon shifts: 1pm-10pm
- 24-hour shifts: 10am-11pm (including sleep-in) followed by 7am-10/10:30am the next day
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
- Be registered with Social Care Wales as a Children's Residential Worker and provide evidence of this upon application.
- Hold a valid driving license with access to a car insured for business use.
- Have suitable experience working with children and young people in a residential setting.
- Ideally possess a Level 3 qualification in working with children and young people.
