We are seeking an experienced and registered Children's Residential Worker to join our dedicated team in Colwyn Bay, Conwy. This is a temporary 3-month position, with the potential for extension.

Key Details
  • Location: Colwyn Bay, Conwy
  • Pay Rate: £16.73 per hour
  • Hours: 37 hours per week (rolling rota shift pattern)
    • Long days: 8am-10pm or 10am-10pm
    • Afternoon shifts: 1pm-10pm
    • 24-hour shifts: 10am-11pm (including sleep-in) followed by 7am-10/10:30am the next day
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

  • Be registered with Social Care Wales as a Children's Residential Worker and provide evidence of this upon application.
  • Hold a valid driving license with access to a car insured for business use.
  • Have suitable experience working with children and young people in a residential setting.
  • Ideally possess a Level 3 qualification in working with children and young people.
