The role:
- Manage correspondence, calls, and emails.
- Organise meetings and take minutes.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Prepare travel itineraries.
- Support event planning and execution.
- Assist with project plans, budgets, and invoices.
- Handle grant processing and authorisations.
- Ensure high customer service standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders.
- Experience in bilingual administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Location: Colwyn Bay, Cardiff, Carmarthen (hybrid working available)
Salary: 27,000 - 30,000
