Key Responsibilities:
- General Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing all areas of the building, including offices, corridors, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Waste Management: Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with the company’s waste management procedures.
- Stock Management: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, ensuring that all materials are readily available and in good condition.
- Surface Cleaning: Clean and disinfect surfaces, including tables, desks, countertops, and high-touch areas such as door handles and light switches.
- Restroom Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, including replenishing toiletries, cleaning toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
- Health and Safety: Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring the safe use of cleaning products and equipment.
- Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Facilities Manager or Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Additional Tasks: Perform any other reasonable cleaning or maintenance tasks as requested by the Facilities Manager or Supervisor.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in cleaning or similar roles is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work efficiently.
