As Head of Medical Services, you will:

Lead and oversee Occupational Health and Well-being Services.
Provide specialist advice and strategic direction in clinical governance.
Manage staff and drive the implementation of a new case management system.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance care pathways.
Ensure compliance with policies, manage contracts, and oversee the Medical Services budget.
Spearhead the Welfare and Well-being Agenda, ensuring robust safeguarding processes.
Conduct clinical audits and manage performance frameworks for the Medical Services team.
