Full time hours on a temporary basis

Role Purpose: Provide typing, secretarial, and general administrative support to key personnel in the Occupational Health Unit, handling queries and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Support for the Medical Advisor, Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse Lead, and Welfare Lead.

Administer Occupational Health and Welfare appointments and clinics.

Update and maintain medical files.

Manage appointment diaries.

Handle applications for Physiotherapy and Wellbeing treatments at the Police Treatment Centre (PTC).

Coordinate referrals to external Counselling providers and Physiotherapists.

Arrange Welfare Screening appointments and liaise with counsellors.

Administer Psychological surveillance and update the Psychological Matrix.

Contact external agencies for report requests.

Review and maintain administrative procedures.

Manage budgets related to Physio, Counselling, and Medical referrals.

General administrative duties: enquiries, typing, photocopying, filing.

Order stationery for the Occupational Health Unit.
