Manage a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from start to finish
Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties to ensure smooth and efficient processes
Provide expert advice and support to clients regarding property transactions
Ensure all conveyancing transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property law and conveyancing best practices
Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines and achieve targets

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Conveyancer, with a strong track record of managing a varied caseload
Comprehensive understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing exceptional client service
Local residency in or near Colwyn Bay is highly desirable
