Reed Education is working with a secondary school in Conwy to recruit a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher. We are looking for a committed professional who can deliver engaging lessons that inspire students to excel in Maths.
Location: Conwy, North WalesÂ
Contract: Full-time, Temp
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Maths to students across a range of abilities, from beginners to advanced level.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and motivate students.
- Develop and implement a Maths curriculum that meets the needs of students and the school.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Maths education, incorporating innovative techniques and technologies.
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and self-expression.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Maths education or related field.
- Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary school level.
- NQTs and ECTs are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
