The rate is £17.58ph PAYE

The successful candidate will lead an investigation being conducted whilst will utilising a regional structure of teams lead by Detective Inspectors allocated specific strands of investigation.

The investigation will be conducted on HOLMES. With each team required to undertake in depth research of the material formulating timelines to identify who knew what and when, regarding the bugs, errors and defects on the Horizon system (known as BEDS). For executives it will also include looking at corporate knowledge and potential involvement.

As a Police Staff Investigator, you will be working with a skilled team reviewing material and producing detailed and meticulous products, reports, timelines and other documents. You will be expected to engage with witnesses and other nominal within the investigation utilising appropriate investigative interview techniques, contributing to the national investigation. Utilising the skills of a qualified PIP2 investigator.
