- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
- Prepare and review financial statements and accounts in accordance with relevant standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and attend client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualified
- Previous audit experience is essential.
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management/supervisory abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
