Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance function, ensuring the timely delivery of accurate financial reports.
- Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models, ensuring effective financial planning.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain strong financial controls and risk management practices.
- Support and influence decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis and reporting.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a finance team.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Fully qualified accountant with proven leadership experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive positive change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of partnering effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capabilities, including team development and performance management.
