Purchase Ledger Administrator, Congleton, Permanent, £26,000pa
Forrest Recruitment are proudly supporting a well-regarded, Congleton based company, with their search for a Purchase Ledger Administrator. They are seeking an experienced and outgoing candidate to join their small, established Finance team.
The main duties of this role will cover, but not be limited to:
- Cashflow forecasting on a fortnightly basis
- Directing invoices to the relevant departments for authorisation
- Receiving invoices via email and printing to the document management system
- Balancing statements
- Processing remittances
- Handling any enquiries that come in to the team
- Ordering general office supplies
- Supporting with the review of company stock
To be considered for this role, you must have prior purchase ledger experience, strong IT skills, be a self-starter and have great attention to detail. As this is a small team, the ideal candidate needs to be outgoing, with a friendly approach and a confident manner.
