Pertemps Crewe is seeking Parcel Delivery Drivers for their Congleton Depot.
Candidates must have a full UK driving license with no more than 6 points and be flexible with start and finish times.
The role involves sorting parcels at a local delivery office before completing a 6-hour delivery round using a hand-held computer for routing and capturing signatures.
This is a temporary position offering 30+ hours per week, with shifts from 10am to 5pm, and candidates must be available to work Saturdays.
The hourly rate for this position is £13.37, with a start date of November 18, 2024.

Pertemps Crewe are currently recruiting for Parcel Delivery Drivers to work out of their Depot in Congleton.

For this Parcel Delivery Driver role, you will be responsible for:

You will be expected to delivery post and parcels, you will need to be flexible with start times/finish times also.
You'll start your day for an hour or so in the local delivery office, sorting the parcels or post for your route, before taking out your van to complete your round.
You'll each be given a hand-held computer device to capture customer signatures for deliveries and the round will take around 6 hours to complete.
The hand-held computer will also act as your routing system putting your round in the most economical route, telling you which house to go to next.

For this Parcel Delivery Driver role, you will need:

Full UK Licence
No more than 6 points
We deliver parcels come rain or shine, so we're looking for people who like being outdoors whatever the weather, you'll also be someone who likes the idea of doing a job that will help you keep fit.
