Job Title: Surface Mount Production Operator
Location: Congleton
Contract Details:
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Contract Length: 3 - 6 months with potential to be extended
- Working Pattern: Full Time 37.5 hours per week Double days - 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00 on a weekly rotation (must be able to work both)
Salary: £14.24 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team on rotating shifts to assemble, test, and inspect electronic assemblies
- Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure top-notch product quality
- Conduct standard quality checks
- Set up production machinery and equipment
- Maintain a safe and responsible working environment
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Previous experience in a manufacturing/mechanical/production/assembly environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow repeatable processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
- Flexibility and reliability in supporting overtime as needed
- Manual handling capabilities, including the ability to stand for extended periods
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Knowledge of surface mount technology and electronic assembly processes
Technologies:
- Training will be provided for specific technologies used in the role
