Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with a leading manufacturing company based in Congleton and they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their ordering team on a full time, permanent basis.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm Friday - 9am - 4pm
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 DOE
What will you be doing in the Customer Service Advisor role:
* Ordering stock for customers' orders
* Chasing up on delayed deliveries
* Dealing with customer queries
* Dealing with delivery issues and being prompt to getting issues dealt with quickly and efficiently.
* Answering calls
Previous experience and requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service background is required
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
