The company: A leading and well-established supplier of workwear to businesses in the UK and Europe
Main duties: To be the first point of contact for customers within a designated region providing outstanding customer service.
The role:- To respond to sales enquiries from customers in a timely manner- Respond to quotes and product information - Raise orders and send invoices- Database maintenance, customer registration and admin support- Attend trade show 2 - 3 times a year
The candidate:- Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential- Fluent in German a plus but not a requirement- Experience in Customer service or admin support beneficial- Excellent communication and organisational skills- Sales focused with strong attention to details- Dynamic, enthusiastic and proactive- IT literate
The salary: £26,000 per annum plus bonus
