Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and improving the performance of our rolling stock, ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing operational efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct performance analysis of rolling stock systems, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop and implement performance enhancement strategies.
  • Utilize simulation and modeling tools to predict and analyze performance outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on the performance metrics of rolling stock, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development and execution of testing protocols for new and existing vehicles.
  • Provide technical support and expertise during project meetings and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation related to performance findings.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in the rail industry or rolling stock performance analysis is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and engineering simulation tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
