Architectural REVIT Technician (Contract)

Conrad Consulting in partnership with a small Architectural practice near Congleton, Cheshire require the additional resources of an Architectural Technician or Technologist to join an experienced team within our clients traditional design studio.

We are looking for someone with previous Residential-sector experience; someone that has worked on a wide range of domestic schemes such as: Housing extensions, new-build dwellings, townhouses, refurbishments of existing properties. it is within these sectors that our client has developed a reputation within Cheshire as one of the go-to consultancies for high quality design work.

We are looking for an Architectural Technician to join this company on a contract basis. This would likely be for an initial 3 month period but certainly with the scope for extension or to be made permanent thereafter.

Criteria we are looking for:

To hold a relevant Architectural qualification (HNC, HND, Degree)
Proficiency using AutoDesk REVIT & AutoCAD Software - Essential.
Minimum 2 years Industry experience.
Experience working on Residential projects.
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
Excellent communication skills: Written & Verbal.
Ability to work independently or as part of a wider team of Designers/Technicians/Construction professionals.
