Role: Production Operative Double Days and Night shifts available
Location: Congleton CW12 EU6
Pay rate: 拢14.45 training rate and day rate 拢17.34 for Night shift after training completed.
Start: As soon as possible
Duration: Temporary ongoing contracts with potential future opportunities
Shifts offered: 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10 pm alternating for the day shift or 10pm-6am for Night shift
Description: System Control Operator (SCO) operates a complete production line or production sequence, by monitoring and steering all relevant production processes and parameters for a defined sector of production, in a control room environment.
路 Sets up and controls production program.
路 Sets up production parameter and executes necessary checks.
路 Constantly controls operations and monitors process results, acts according to contingency plans in case of deviations.
Makes predefined and specialised quality checks.
路 Contributes to judgement on production results.
路 Engages and coordinates maintenance staff for repair and maintenance issues.
路 Advises directly related manufacturing staff.
路 Please note - this position requires standing for extended periods of time.
Required Candidate:
路 Worked in Production / Warehouse role or environment is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
路 Have a positive can - do attitude and is eager to learn.
路 Be able to communicate positively.
路 A flexible and adaptable mind set to respond effectively and efficiently to changing production requirements.
